This past weekend, we celebrated with two of our best friends, Elizabeth and Dan, at their downtown Memphis wedding! It was also great to get to go home again, one last time before baby arrives, and to see a lot of old friends and my family.
After a late night drive on Thursday night, we got in about 1:00 Atlanta time and immediately hit the sack. Friday was a busy day of bridal brunch, setting up the venue, and the Rehearsal Dinner at the Majestic Grille in Downtown Memphis. Friday night was Trolley night downtown, so we got to ride the trolley up Main Street to get to dinner from the venue site.
Saturday was a very slow-paced day. All the girls went over to one of the bridesmaid’s houses in Midtown Memphis about noon, where we munched on some food and did our hair and makeup.
Afterwards, we headed to the venue to take pictures and get the party started! The venue was in Downtown Memphis at 409 South Main. Elizabeth looked GORGEOUS and with all of the final touches of flowers and candles, the place really lit up!

It was so much fun having the group all together again and the day could not have been more perfect for Dan and Elizabeth! Drew and I were so happy to be there to celebrate with them and look forward to many more memories to come!
…….on a side note…..the Pita came with us and hung out with her sister, the Bean, and Maddie at Madam’s house. Just plain tuckered out on the ride home…..
