Andrew and I had our hospital walk-thru last night at Northside…..basically going through, step-by-step, where we need to go and the process that will take place once it is GO TIME! I could not be more comfortable with the hospital and how everything will be done.
We were also informed that Northside was just named the #1 hospital in the WORLD for delivering babies! Pretty awesome! Not to mention how fancy shmancy this place is.
We are so excited that in two months we will be back and ready to meet our little girl!
How far along? 30 Weeks
Total weight gain/loss: +16.2
Symptoms? Long luscious locks, strong nails, clear face, a few round ligament pains, dizziness and feeling light-headed whenever I have been standing for too long or if I have not eaten for 3-4 hours.
Sleep: Great for the most part! Still flip flopping ever so often with my occasional trip to the bathroom around 3:00am.
Best moment this week: Getting to meet my good friends’ newest addition, Henry Rowan! So adorable, perfect in every single way. Makes it that much more real that Andrew and I will be meeting our DAUGHTER in just a couple of months!
Miss Anything? Sleeping on my stomach, and my boobs pre-pregnancy. They are just enormous….(they were pretty large to begin with)
Movement: Still kicking up a storm!
Food cravings: Lots of different stuff as you can see from this week’s design!
Anything making you queasy or sick: Feeling a bit nauseous and dizzy if I have not eaten anything within 3-4 hours of my previous snack/meal.
Gender prediction: Bows!
Labor Signs: Nope!
Belly Button in or out? Getting flatter every week!
Wedding rings on or off? On!
Mood: AAAAAAAND the hormones are here and wacky and backwards as ever! Had a few meltdowns this week over stupid small stuff….which I know in my head are small and trivial, but still can’t stop myself from getting upset over. I mean, almost crying in the drive-thru because no one was there to ask for my order. I sat there for a good 3-4 minutes and nothing. Drove up to the window…..no one was there. What the hell?
Weekly Wisdom: There’s no use crying over spilled milk……unless you are pregnant. Cry it out!
Looking forward to: Going home to spend a week with my family in Memphis! I am ready to relax and visit…….no schedules, no to-do lists! A much needed vacation!
