15 Weeks
How far along? 15 Weeks
Total weight gain/loss: +1.5   I know this won’t last for much longer…..
Maternity clothes? Still waiting….but may end up going out this weekend to purchase a few items!
Stretch marks? Nope! Still itchy belly! Making sure I stay moisturized and lathered up to prevent them from showing up!
Sleep: Had a very long and busy weekend, so when I got home on Sunday, I zonked out on the couch at 7pm! Monday night was also another early night where we were in bed by 9! Sleeping very well for the most part with the occasional bathroom break.
Best moment this week: Seeing the Pope greyhounds come together and overcome losing a member of their team this week! Putting the show back together the night before their Regional and then showing up with 2 great performances in Chattanooga. So happy to be part of such a hard-working, close-knit team and staff!
Miss Anything? On Saturday night, we went to this restaurant in Chattanooga called Big River and all I could do was eye all of the beer flights that kept passing my table. What I wouldn’t give for a nice cold brewskie!
Movement: Just some gas bubbles. Could be little one moving around, but nothing definite yet.
Food cravings: Anything and everything. Now I just want to eat all of the time. Trying to limit myself to smaller meals more frequently so I’m not going too long without a meal or snack.
Anything making you queasy or sick: Nothing really. I’ll feel sick randomly in the mornings, but caused by nothing in particular.
Have you started to show yet: Yes indeed! Popped on my skinny jeans the other day and almost had to use a rubber band to button my jeans.
Gender prediction: Girl!
Labor Signs: Not yet! I still have a ways to go!
Belly Button in or out? In
Wedding rings on or off? On
Mood: Tired but happy!
Weekly Wisdom: After such an emotionally exhausting weekend, my incredible friend KC Perkins reminded me of something very important:
“Look at every path closely and deliberately, then ask ourselves this crucial question: Does this path have a heart? If it does, then the path is good. If it doesn’t, it is of no use.” – From “The Teachings of Don Juan,” written by Carlos Castaneda –
Looking forward to: My next meal……AND……Drew’s mom is coming in this weekend! It’s not very often we get to see Drew’s mom, so it’s always a treat when we are able to see her! And we can’t have a visit from Miss Libbie without a trip to the Cracker Barrel!! Yum! (see? food on the brain!)
